Four months after Representative Epstein sent his letter of resignation to the Secretary of State's office, the Governor and Executive Council have announced a special election for Strafford 13.
The filing period will be from August 28th to September 1st.
The election will be on October 24th, unless there is a primary, then the General Election will be December 12th.
